Celebrate the holidays at Sebastiani’s historic hospitality center during our Holiday at the Estate weekend! Experience the festive charm as you relax by the cozy fireplace, surrounded by holiday décor. Enjoy an elevated tasting flight paired with a seasonal food bite crafted by our in-house culinary team, and finish off the experience with a special sweet treat. Reservations are required, so be sure to secure your spot for this unforgettable holiday celebration!

Indulge in a luxurious chocolate and wine pairing experience led by Master Chocolatier Chef Sebastian Beline of Paris, renowned for his contemporary-style chocolates of exceptional quality. During this exclusive tasting, discover the perfect balance of flavor and texture that makes Chef Beline’s chocolates truly unparalleled.
This seasonal experience begins with a guided exploration of basic chocolate samples paired with one wine, revealing the cause-and-effect relationship between flavors. As the tasting progresses, you’ll enjoy a flight of specialty chocolates paired with select wines. Finally, treat yourself to elevated chocolate bites, crafted with unique ingredients to dazzle and delight your palate.

For the casual foodie and those who enjoy culinary exploration join Gold Ridge Organic Farms for an Organic Olive Oil Tasting that includes a guided tour of the olive mill and olive milling process, plus a stroll through their olive and apple orchards. A casual seated tasting experience led by their olive oil and apple experts, featuring their full line of Estate-grown and milled olive oils, paired with local artisan bread, their favorite gluten-free crackers, and samples of their line of locally made apple and citrus products.
Also, learn about the history of Gold Ridge Organic Farms, the unique properties of Gold Ridge soils, the Sonoma Coast climate and terroir, as well as their commitment to organic and regenerative growing practices, which helps them to produce exceptional, medicinal quality olive oils while you taste the fruits of the farm.

Imagery Estate Winery invites participants to unleash their creativity through a collection of engaging experiences. One of the featured workshops focuses on crafting beautiful and fragrant holiday wreaths, where attendees will use a variety of evergreen foliage, branches, and dried materials to design their own unique creations.
Participants have the option to personalize their wreaths with both natural and artificial elements. All necessary materials are provided, and the first glass of wine is included in the price. This winter, Cirque de Boheme returns to Sonoma with a joyful, fun and highly musical new show entitled “Disco”, featuring an international troupe of artists including: magician, trapeze artist, flying pole, juggler, aerialist, aerial duo, unicycle acrobat and more! An extraordinary cast in the service of an atypical story, which will take you back to the heart of the 70s, when Disco music was at its best. Disco music and circus acts. This unique cocktail will take you back to the heart of a decade so festive and carefree.
As every year for ten years, it’s once again the Bohemian from Cirque de Bohème who will be guiding you through the corridors of time, right up to the doors of Studio 54 in New York. “Disco” is a new show, which I’m sure will make you dance, sing and forget all your worries! The experience is available from November 29 to December 29, with showings reoccurring every Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. An additional showing will be held at 5:00 PM on December 29.
MacRostie Winery invites guests to a festive Sunset Series event this December, featuring stunning vineyard views, live music, and a delicious meal by Sonoma County’s Brunch Boys. The menu includes Braised Lamb and Honeynut Squash Tamales and American Lamb Shoulder braised in MacRostie Pinot Noir, with a vegetarian option of sautéed oyster mushrooms. Each dish is paired with MacRostie wines to enhance the flavors of the season.
A professional engraver will also be on-site, personalizing large-format bottles—perfect for holiday gifts or entertaining. Guests are invited to experience an enchanting Winter Wonderland with the exclusive Holiday Alpine Yurt Dinner at Timber Cove. Nestled under the stars on the scenic Pacific Coast, these beautifully decorated and heated Alpine Yurts provide a cozy, intimate dining setting perfect for a special evening. The menu is carefully curated to highlight seasonal flavors and includes two glasses of Roederer Brut Champagne to set a festive tone.

As an antidote to sappy, sentimental Christmas tunes, Maria Muldaur has collected some wonderfully hip, swinging, humorous and irreverent Christmas songs by her favorite Jazz and Blues artists. She and her Jazzabelle Quintet present her special “Holiday Swing” show of “Christmas tunes for Hipsters.”
Muldaur is best known for her 1974 Grammy-nominated “Midnight at the Oasis.” Since then, she’s toured extensively and recorded 43 solo albums covering all kinds of American Roots Music, including Gospel, R and B, Jazz and Big Band. She now focuses on Blues and what she calls “Bluesiana”- a gumbo of New Orleans-flavored Blues, R and B, and “Swamp Funk.”

This experience will feature a seated tasting with expertly selected wines paired with a themed culinary bite, creating a festive, memorable experience.
