Begin your day in the Bacchus Courtyard with a wellness shot crafted by Jordan’s culinary team before a scenic ride in the Jordan Mercedes Sprinter. Along the way, learn about the winery’s sustainability practices and pollinator sanctuary plantings.

At Vista Point, enjoy panoramic views of rolling hills and mountain ranges as local instructor Kelliann Reginato guides you through a 40-minute yoga flow. Afterward, delight in the Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble, 2022 Jordan Russian River Chardonnay, and 2020 Jordan Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with an assortment of locally-sourced breakfast bites by Executive Chef Jesse Mallgren. The peaceful morning concludes with a ride back to the Winery Chateau.

Join Jeff Stewart, Winemaker at Hartford Court, for a special evening of exquisite wines and fine dining at The Bay View Restaurant at the Inn at the Tides. The evening kicks off with a no-host bar and reception at 6:30 PM, followed by a gourmet dinner at 7:00 PM, featuring a carefully curated menu paired with Hartford Court’s outstanding wines.

The menu includes a Trio of House Smoked Fish—sturgeon, salmon, and ahi tuna, paired with 2023 Hartford Court Chardonnay. Guests will enjoy Filet of Halibut with fennel, onion, and truffle beurre blanc, paired with 2021 Hartford Court “Four Harts” Chardonnay. A flavorful Loin of Domestic Lamb with wild mushrooms and pomegranate-Pinot Noir glaze follows, complemented by 2022 Hartford Court “Land’s Edge” Pinot Noir. Finish with a Zinfandel Poached Pear with Point Reyes Farmstead blue cheese, paired with 2017 Hartford Zinfandel Port.
