Join Violet Grgich, President of Grgich Hills Estate, for a special evening at The Bay View Restaurant at the Inn at the Tides. The event begins with a no-host bar and reception at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner at 7:00 PM. Each course is paired with Grgich Hills Estate wines for an unforgettable culinary experience.

The menu features Halibut Involtini stuffed with salmon and scallop mousse over linguine, paired with 2022 Grgich Hills Estate Fumé Blanc. Guests will enjoy Pheasant En Croute with mushroom duxelles and game sauce, complemented by 2022 Grgich Hills Estate Chardonnay. The evening continues with Roast Filet of Beef with crispy oxtail fritters and cabernet reduction, paired with 2020 Grgich Hills Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Finish the evening with a rich German Chocolate Bomba, paired with 2019 Grgich Hills Estate Zinfandel.
