The menu includes Braised Lamb and Honeynut Squash Tamales and American Lamb Shoulder braised in MacRostie Pinot Noir, with a vegetarian option of sautéed oyster mushrooms. Each dish is paired with MacRostie wines to enhance the flavors of the season.
A professional engraver will also be on-site, personalizing large-format bottles—perfect for holiday gifts or entertaining.
