Visiting Seghesio Family Vineyards in wine country is all about enjoying the simple pleasures of wine and food around a table with family and friends. Five generations and 125 vintages after our winery began, we still cook up the Italian classics our family has been enjoying since before they came to America. While some recipes may have changed a bit over time, our obsession with sharing home-cooked meals with loved ones has not.
Experience the wonder of making fresh cheese and fresh pasta from scratch and then create a delicious meal using the just-made delicacies. Guests will all participate in the cheese-, pasta- and ravioli-making before helping to prepare the sauces and finishing the dishes. A premade appetizer, salad and dessert complete the menu, along with Seghesio wines to perfectly pair with your lunch.
