Santa Rosa’s seven-piece band, Lucky Ol’ Bones, brings high-energy performances of traditional Irish and Scottish folk songs, along with original tunes inspired by ska, Eastern European folk, and more. Their unique sound features a lively mix of mandolin, tin whistle, banjo, and bagpipes.
Founded in 2015, Lucky Ol’ Bones has performed alongside well-known acts like Rum Rebellion, The Toasters, and Young Dubliners. They’re also seasoned performers at the Railroad Square Music Festival and Cotati Accordion Festival, and during the COVID lockdown, they created a video for the Social Distanced Live project.
