Experience an exclusive tasting journey through Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Flowers Vineyards’ iconic Camp Meeting Ridge and Sea View Ridge. Hosted within the serene gardens or elegant interior spaces, this tasting highlights four wines from coastal vineyards, thoughtfully paired with exquisite bites crafted by Chef Seadon Shouse. Known for his Nova Scotia-inspired culinary style, Chef Shouse brings his expertise as the executive chef at Timber Cove Resort and Halifax Restaurant, drawing from his heritage of foraging and land-and-sea cuisine.

As part of his residency at House of Flowers, Chef Shouse’s coastal-inspired menu features highlights like Kelp Cured Pacific Albacore Tuna paired with the 2021 Camp Meeting “Almar” Chardonnay and Dry Aged Duck with the 2022 Fort Ross-Seaview Pinot Noir. Given the intimate setting, only guests over 21 are permitted, and pets cannot be accommodated. This unique residency promises an unforgettable immersion into coastal wine and cuisine.
