New Year’s Eve Dinner at John Ash & Co.

Cost: $150 +

Details: Spend a special evening delighting the taste buds at John Ash & Co., with a four-course dinner featuring Champagne and your choice of appetizers, salads, mains, and desserts – think oysters, crudo, pan-seared Arctic char, roasted duck, and more.

New Year’s Eve at Valette Restaurant

Cost: $150 +

Details: Join Valette for a Six-Course Tasting Menu, featuring everything from Scallop en Croute to Porcini and Ham, with an optional caviar course and wine pairings. A la carte options are served on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are available between 5:00pm and 9:45pm.

New Year’s Eve at The Matheson

Cost: Prices vary / $175 + for coursed dinner

Details: Dustin Valette’s popular dining and social concept, The Matheson, will be offering a Six-Course Tasting Menu in the main dining room, highlighting dishes like Dungeness Crab Porridge and Flannery Beef Tenderloin. Roof106 will be open late with food and drink specials, along with a DJ from 10pm until midnight.
