Details: The stunning Carneros Resort and Spa’s heated courtyard is the place to be for New Year’s Eve, featuring delectable cuisine, an open bar with wine, beer, and specialty cocktails, dancing, and even a few surprise performances.

Details: Spend a special evening delighting the taste buds at John Ash & Co., with a four-course dinner featuring Champagne and your choice of appetizers, salads, mains, and desserts – think oysters, crudo, pan-seared Arctic char, roasted duck, and more.

Details: Join Valette for a Six-Course Tasting Menu, featuring everything from Scallop en Croute to Porcini and Ham, with an optional caviar course and wine pairings. A la carte options are served on a first come first serve basis. Reservations are available between 5:00pm and 9:45pm.
