Guests are invited to join Ryan Kunde, Winemaker at Capo Isetta, for a special dining experience at The Bay View Restaurant at the Inn at the Tides. The evening will begin with a no-host bar at 6:30 PM, followed by a gourmet dinner at 7:00 PM. Each course will be expertly paired with Capo Isetta’s exceptional wines, providing a delightful combination of fine cuisine and world-class wines.
The curated menu features Petra Sole filled with Salmon Mousse, paired with 2023 Capo Isetta Sauvignon Blanc, and Maine Lobster Fettuccine, complemented by 2023 Capo Isetta Chardonnay. Guests will also enjoy Maiale Farcito, a stuffed pork loin with cheese curd and prosciutto, paired with 2023 Capo Isetta Pinot Noir, and finish with a decadent Black Forest Cake paired with 2022 Capo Isetta Cabernet Sauvignon.
