Chef Liza Hinman creates New American dishes with loads of flavor, from the ocean, garden, and pasture. Try the Roasted Heirloom Carrots with yogurt and mint; Ahi Tuna Crudo with charred spring onion; or the Nettle Tagliatelle with snap peas and Meyer lemon; then cap it off with something sweet, like the Flourless Coconut Cake with dark chocolate ganache and sea salt.
